  : This hotel cancelled my room 15 minutes before I arrived to check in. They took my money and have not sent me a refund.
  : This property feels like a scam as they cancel rooms and don’t send you a refund. Despite following up multiple times they continue to brush me off. The man who opened the door when we arrived before knowing it was cancelled was very odd, stood uncomfortably close and did not give any clear explanations as to what happened.

  : It is not a hotel, more of a hostel without any service. Embarrassing and a complete misrepresentation on the advert

  : Terrible location right in the mixer of loud streets and drugged up people at night. Not sound proof at all. Would recommend paying a bit more and staying in nice spot. This is really bad. Place is very run down also but unfortunately seems a product of its environment. Sad to see San Fran like this

  : Great amenities. The fridge (with freezer compartment) and Microwave were great to have. The ancient elevator was quite charming.It's very close to multiple bus stations in San Francisco, so it's easy to get anywhere from the hotel.
  : It's located on a busy street and the windows aren't very sound proof. The hotel offered free earplugs, which offset a lot of the problem, but it was still a bit rough.There was a power outage for one evening and most of the night. That's probably not the hotel's fault, however from what I could gather after the fact it was planned, and I feel like it wasn't very well communicated. Just know it could happen and don't keep anything that spoils too fast in the fridge.
