  : The location.
  : There was a extremely foul strong odour. We asked for extra blankets, thinking that leaving the windows open would help. However, it did not. We could not leave windows open further (night/day) as there were no fly screens AND was a safety risk (as fire escape near window) I was single woman on my own. The bathroom had mould and shower was leaking from base and water not directing properly from shower rose. There was no aircondlting and staff/reception were not available at front desk. Due to the strong odour being a health concern we had no other option but to leave the hotel and look for alternative accommodation. We wrote to the hotel requesting a refund, however they did not be address our concerns- ONLY responded refusing refund. I am writing to booking.com notifying you of the hotel conditions, the experience we faced and requesting a refund, as the hotel have refused.
