  : dried blood on my comforter which i proceeded to buy my own cause i couldnt find anyone at night when i discovered it. the breakfast was trash. OJ was old. coffe bar meh. bathroom towels had stains. walls had holes in them from screws. not what the picture showed. from when i booked the hotel.

  : It was NOT a 3.5 star hotel. To make matters worse, there was no elevator and this mobility impaired person had to negotiate stairs.

  : The rooms are nicely decorated, and there are the usual shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap in the rooms, as well as a coffee machine, fridge and safe. For how small the room was, it was amazing they were also able to fit a full size mirror and a desk.
  : Most of the negatives are not the fault of the hotel, just FYI if you plan to stay here:Unfortunately we found out later that we had come when some convention was on so the prices of hotels all over SF for this weekend were much higher than usual, which may have contributed to the feeling that the value for money was really lacking.As many mention, the location is rough, but also quite far from everything (san francisco is big so this is true everywhere i guess). It gives a very honest and eye opening view of SF that did not make me feel unsafe, just very sad for the many homeless in this area.The room was very small and a bit tired. My husband and I are small, so we did not mind sharing a small bed, but I was a bit shocked at the size when we first arrived.

  : Saw two cockroaches but they were little and disposed of quickly. A little too close to homeless area (my fault though, I should have done better research)

  : Absolutely nothing. We walked in and my heart sank into my stomach. I had a bad feeling so asked to see the rooms before we unloaded all 9 of us. Filthy. Rude staff and manager. Unacceptable. And they refunded one night. So they say.. yet to be seen!

  : Upon arrival we were told there were no elevators working. We were on the third floor. 4 kids, 4 suitcases and 6 hand luggages. After entering the room the air conditioner was off, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. There was urine on the toilet seat. It was disgusting. We had no choice to stay that night as it was late. When we got into bed one of my children and my wife instantly got itchy and congested. Zero sleep for anyone. We checked out immediately the next day and moved. Do not stay here.
