  : Your hotel was by far the worst booking experience I have had after numerous bookings with [link removed] When I arrived at lunchtime at The Donatello I was told that my booking was to be cancelled and a sister property around the block was going to be organised for me. Then I got an email for an alternative booking 3 km away at a lower star property? I wanted to stay around Union Square(the same area as this hotel) so then had to organise last minute higher rate accommodation at a similar rated hotel around the block from your hotel. This was Over $500 higher than this now cancelled booking. After then talking to your customer service they said they would reimburse the difference. Then after me communicating that difference of $500 your customer service informed me that there was a 25 euro limit per day on booking reimbursements, going against the original assertion that I would be reimbursed as my booking was cancelled on the morning of my arrival, without reasonable notice or alternative booking arrangements. The manager on duty informed me that “booking.com” regularly mess things up and I should have booked directly with the hotel. This was completely washing away the incompetence of the hotel booking system as I had booked with The Donatello months ago. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

  : Perfect location to explore the city. Very comfortable beds. Spacious family room and bathroom with everything you need. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

  : Very noisy in our room on 9th floor. San Francisco is a busy town, and our room was out to a busy street.

  : Should have room cleaning service for one night too. More choices for drinking facilities such as milk and not just milk powder and for Brits visitors we need more choice of Tea bags. And perhaps add breakfast facilities
