  : The hotel itself is decent. We were there with friends celebrating a birthday expecting others to come and wait with us to change. The service though, is terrible. When we checked in Pamela Rodriguez was training the person checking us in. The person training motioned with his hand that he was asking for a card, I handed my ID and debit card. I was never told what my card was for and how much was being charged. When my card declined, the person told me it declined and I asked what exactly was being charged. Pamela then proceeded to condescendingly tell me that I should have read the directions when booking the room, and should have been aware of the deposit that was going to be charged. I completely understand the rules and regulations, but what if I had not made the reservations and was not aware. Shouldn’t the person training show the person to inform the guests what their info is being used for. We checked in, and had to look for the luggage cart as Pamela stared and did not say a word. Fast forward, our friends staying in the hotel and us went to the pool while waiting for our other two friends to come join us in the room. When they arrived, reception thought we were trying to bring them into the pool, when they were just waiting for us to get ready to leave. We left and came back after we had an incident happen outside of the hotel, which resulted in police and the ambulance to show up to the hotel, taking me to the ER. When we came back to the hotel, we needed a new key. The front desk agent told us we were not allowed back in because of all the disturbance we had caused, including the pool incident and the cops coming to the hotel. All this by orders of Pamela Rodriguez. Eventually we got back to the room, left it as clean as possible and when we checked out, and still got charged the $100 deposit. Avoid this place and stay at the hotel across the way, Wyndham Garden.
