  : The front desk was helpful, especially the night staff. They also had a vending machine with decent options.
  : When we arrived to our room it was way smaller than expected. The room looked like it wasnt tidy, there was dust on things including all over the a/c vent. There were hardly any amenities. 1 body towel despite booking for 3 people. 1 roll of toilet paper. No comforters, just sheets. Had to ask for all of these things when it shouldve been provided from the beginning. The comforters were also just fleece blankets and not actual comforters. Felt like a step up from a Motel 6 which is unacceptable for the price youre paying. The front desk told me they had a week left in business which is why they didnt have enough inventory. Shouldnt that be a disclaimer before you book or reflect in the pricing? Very odd experience to say the least.

  : The sofa bed was extremely dirty. I couldn't let my 6 year old sleep on it. There was blood stains, other bodily fluids, as well as pubic hairs. There was no staff on the property. I was not aware this was a virtual hotel (limited staff).

  : First, they booked me 3 times. When I contacted them via email, they sent back that they corrected and was happy to help. I called them and re booked the room. They not only had my first name under "open" and my name is Stephanie. They canceled my room with no notice. I called on the day of departure, and even though it was thier error, they said they did not do same day booking. There is no destination clerk, everything done by key code. Thay made no attempt to fix thier own errors. Very cold a callous place.

  : It was remodeled but in the cheapest way. The bed and sheets were cheap and uncomfortable. The tele check in was annoying. The person doing the check in was not understandable. Crap neighborhood. It's not a hotel. It's a motel
