  : The shuttle bus
  : The room was dirty, and we had to request servicing when we returned daily at 4 pm. There was dirt on the carpet/floor for 3 days (see photo); the beds were not made properly and the cabinetry in the room was old and battered (photos). Finally, the housekeeping manager responded on the 4th day and the room was cleaned properly (and our sheets changed). The WiFi was erratic. The cabinetry in the room was substandard; two doors were falling off their hinges (fridge cupboard door and closet door). We emailed customerrelations@hyatt.com and a week later, no response. The breakfast was basic; in a 7 day stay, we went twice and concluded that it wasnt worth the effort of getting up. Nothing but rubbery scrambled eggs, sausages one day and Canadian turkey bacon the next, tepid coffee in pump action thermoses, one choice of cereal and fruit that hadnt been cut up properly. Very very disappointing experience for a Hyatt.

  : My items were discarded by housekeeping staff. I was assured I would receive credit after providing receipts of all my purchases, however the final bill did not include the credit. I am frustrated with my experience with housekeeping discarding my bag, which included souvenirs and items I bought.

  : Everything overall was good. Nice clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff for the most part.
  : Mattress wasn't that comfortable. Not awful like in the Double tree but not as good a the one the four points Sheraton. Lumpy pillows as well.

  : The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is great, handy for both the airport and Old San Juan. The pool is great for kids. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

  : I walked into police activity and couldnt check into my room after being on a delayed flight that took hours,it was 3 am and very tired. My room wasnt cleaned not one time,I sent an email to a manager and no one ever responded.My stay wasnt great

  : Had confirmed over the phone adjoining rooms. When we got there told us they couldnt accommodate. Extremely inconvenient. Didnt seem to really care much about it.

  : It is 8 pm and they still do not have our room ready. We checked in at 5 and they said tbey were short staffed. We are paying 400 dollars a night. This is just unacceptable.
