  : It was close proximity to the places we wanted to visit. Host was nice.
  : No screens throughout the house, I was afraid a bug or roach was going to crawl in. Shower had little to no pressure, and it was either really hot or really cold. A/C only in rooms. In master the A/C is a window A/C that made loud noises and is very outdated. The kitchen had what you needed more or less but when attempting to do coffee, the kettle was extremely dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in months, so we didn't use it. The stove is a gas stove, and we didn't use out of fear because there were no extinguishers, nor the home has any fire detectors (major hazard if you ask me). Overall, the house needs fixing and major updating, doors squeak, frames loose etc.

  : I like the location it was close by to a lot of restaurants 5 min walk to the beach 15 min ride to old San jam and some grocery stores.apartment was decent you really get your money worth we got this for decent pricing and you can smoke on the balcony which is accommodating the host was welcoming and answered any questions I had quickly
  : There was only one front door lock and the bathroom needs some work to be done the shower area is hazardous and toilet makes a weird noise it has so much potential just need some renovating work done

  : The only thing likable about this place was it's proximity to the airport. It's off a main roadway with restaurants, nightclubs, and a Walgreens drug store.
  : This place is a dump located within a neighborhood full of rundown houses. It's on a one way street with limited to no street parking. I didn't see a bus line anywhere near this place. It's not a walkable neighborhood with all the heavy traffic and lack of sidewalks There are loose cats roaming everywhere. It's upstairs and the stairs leading up are very narrow. The front door is not long enough to cover the opening by at least 3 inches. The windows did not close all the way in 3 of the windows. And the coverings over the none closing windows was thin enough to see through. The building has about 6 apartments attached to each other with a community laundry right next to this apartment kitchen. So people were constantly walking by doing their laundry. The unit ran so loudly in the queen bedroom it was hard to sleep. And the queen bed felt like sleeping on the springs or a very old mattress. There isn't any central a/c in the apartment, just two small loud running window units. The hot water never got hot in the bathroom shower or sinks. The water was barely lukewarm. The toilet runs unless you jiggle the handle after flushing it. Shower knob and shower head are not secure. The bottom edge of the toilet grout is filthy. Most of the base boards throughout the apartment are either filthy and or missing the baseboards. The stove is run by gas from a propane tank sitting next to it. The freezer had not been cleaned and was full of frost. It rain every day we were there and the ceiling leaked in the bedroom with the bunk beds and also in the hallway. This place is far from tranquil with all the flaws it has. It really is a dump and I wouldn't suggest anyone stay there.

  : It was very spacious, clean, quiet neighborhood and we loved the private balcony. It also wasn't to far from the things we did or where we needed to go.
  : The queen size mattress was comfortable, but definitely needs updated. Also on our last night, it rained all day and at bed time, a small leak appeared in the roof. We just pulled the bed away from the wall and had no further issues.

  : Its not that I didnt like this about the property. It was more of what I am typically accustomed to. air conditioning in one room worked very very well, but it was the room with the bunkbeds versus the room that I slept in with my husband that had the queen bed. The air conditioning unit did not work very well at all.
