  : Great location and view from the apartment. Quick and easy access into the port area. Good size living space.
  : Wi-fi & TV only worked for 3 days out of the 10. Of the 4 pools advertised only the smallest one was open, and this was oftern crowded. Advertised Nintendo wii, PS3, ipad, ipod docking station, bathrobes & slippers simply didn't exist. Hairdryer and table lamps all had english plugs with no adaptors available. Crockery, cutley and glasses were simply jumbled oddments. Table and chairs on patio replaced with a sofa & stool. No advertised welcome pack, only a dribble of washing up liquid left. Pictures and description look great and appear to offer a 'luxury environment' the reality is very different. Suspect the pictures are very old, as apartment is run down and tatty.

  : The location and terrace was fantastic. Apartment suitable for our needs.
  : The swimming pools all being closed. I accept this is out of your control, however it would have been nice to be informed about this prior to our arrival to manage expectations. There is also a lack of storage areas for those who are staying for longer than a few days

  : The location is fantastic within the complex and surrounding area. It was very clean. Very helpful security staff.
  : The apartment was a little tired but in fairness that didn't affect our stay.
