  : Loved the location the room was clean and the beds were comfy the mirrors were a nice touch they were spacious and I love that both the rooms I reserved had a fridge and a microwave the pool and hot tub was nice as well loved the key only access to the rooms s d pool area big plus
  : The hot tip had hot spots would have loved for it to be super hot all over and the hallway light looked like they have not been cleaned in a while there were large cob webs and the carpet in the hallway was a little dingy

  : The pool and hot tub were large. The pool is not heated and was not very clean though. The location was good to get to all the beaches and areas of interest within 20-30 minutes. It would be okay for able-bodied people if they cleaned it better.
  : The rooms were not cleaned well...we found plastic close tags and other small items on the floor and the used coffee packet was still in the coffee machine. In addition, there were no hangers, no dresser...everything was open shelves, no counter to put any toiletries, and the orange curtains/sheers seemed older. The ADA pool/spa lifts did not work and the beds in the ADA room were way taller than they should have been ---(almost as tall as the top of her walker!). I had to hop up on the bed and I am 5' 8" and my poor mother who is 5' 6" and uses a walker had to try to crawl onto the bed and sort of fall/drop off the bed feet down catching herself on the other bed with her hands so she did not fall on the ground. The first night we notified the front desk and they did not seem to care about the pool and spa lifts. I asked if they had a footstool or something my mother could use to help her onto the bed and the nice lady at the front desk said she would try to find something; later saying they were all in the locked maintenance closet. The next day, we were told that they did not have anything. When I told them about the beds being too tall, they said they met all the ADA requirements. I showed them the posting online with Hotel Bed height ADA requirements and they just said they were just getting started with this property and to bear with them; I told them that we needed to find another place to stay. and the Spa and pool lifts needed to be fixed because I hurt myself helping get my mom out of the hot tub and she hurt her arms trying to pull herself out. They said they would allow us to check out early (we were supposed to be there for 4 nights). So, I had to spend one of the days of our mini vacation finding another hotel with an ADA room and working ADA facilities, check it out in person to make sure it ADA accessible, rent it, and then go back and check out...only to find out that it would take them 7-10 days to refund my money!

  : The staff in the office were courteous.
  : The bad was not comfortable is is quick very loud every time we got up or moved or sat down it made a lot of squishing noises and there was a hold in the middle of the mattress I would not stay there again and would not refer friends or family.
