Set at an altitude of 120 metres Agriturismo Bellavista has a hilltop location in the countryside just outside the town of San Miniato. Its garden includes a swimming pool children's playground and BBQ. With its pretty setting in rural Tuscany Bellavista is a converted farmhouse surrounded by 50 hectares of Chianti vineyards olive groves and woods. It has panoramic views that stretch until the the historic town of Vinci birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci.

: The property has an amazing view and is very close to San Miniatos town. Apartment is spacious and was reasonably clean. Had the amenities we needed.
: Facilities and apartment needs work. Pool was dirty, I asked about it and they said its rain and wind season, but it was literally green around the edges. They then told me the pool would be closed, so we didnt get to enjoy it, and I was a little upset about that, since it doesnt mention that in the listing. The apartment had broken furniture and a really small TV.

: Bellavista has a great location on a hill with amazing views (as the name suggests) and a pleasant swimming pool. You can just spend time on the terrace or by the pool enjoying the views. The breakfasts were delicious with large variety of bakery, cakes, fruit, cheese, eggs, great coffee and all our special wishes were addressed immediately. Stefano was an amazing host, always willing to help and give tips about the places to visit around. We were lucky as well to be invited to participate in a traditional Tuscan dinner. San Miniato old town is 4 minutes driving, with restaurants and cafes at every corner. All important places to visit in Tuscany are less than 1 hour drive.
: There are some tiny points that prevented our stay from being just ideal: the equipment in the rooms is a bit outdated and requires fixing and refreshing here and there, like mosquito nets, shower etc. Clothes drying rack would be very convenient especially because of the towels after the swimming pool.
