Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Residence Dei Due Porti in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
Please note that parking must be booked in advance as parking spaces are limited. The private parking is guarded.

Daily cleaning of bedrooms and seating areas is provided, excluding the kitchen/kitchenette.

Bathroom and kitchen linen are changed every 2 days and bed linen is changed twice a week. Any additional change is at extra costs.

The kitchenette must be left clean or a final cleaning fee will apply.

Use of the shared washing machine is upon request and at extra cost.

Please note that the hotel's WiFi system is protected by a firewall, and not all websites can be accessed.
