  : Beautifully designed and decorated modern apartment in great location. Lots of shops right by the front door. Slightly smaller than it looks in the photos but very clean and comfortable, bright and airy with rooftop views towards the Old Town.
  : Well equipped kitchen but no welcome pack or basic supplies provided but I understand this is something the hosts plan to introduce in the near future.

  : Fantastic location and modern apartment / facilities and appliances. The elevator was a huge plus! It also had baby high chair and crib, great for family. Black out shades, fans and there was a lovely breeze if you open the doors or windows. The host company was very responsive over WhatsApp.
  : The property missed on small thoughtful touches, its clearly run by company versus a host. It also lacked a few conveniences like no soap or trash / garbage can in bathroom, only one toilet paper roll (we had four people stay in apartment), not much cooking basics like oil salt pepper etc and very limited dish soap, dishwasher tablets etc.

  : The location was excellent, very quiet even though right in the middle of fabulous shopping streets. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was spotless!
  : It got quite hot as on the 6th floor, difficult to get a trhough breeze even with the doors open

  : The location was great, the apartment comfortable and clean.
  : When we first arrived at the apartment, we discovered we had been emailed an expired electronic entry code, so we were unable to get in. We rang the agents repeatedly for 45 minutes, from two phones, but nobody picked up. I also emailed them, and they finally replied with the correct code. We had been kept waiting in the hot sun for an hour, late on a Sunday afternoon, increasingly desperate, before we were able to enter the apartment. We also had no hot water for the first 48 hours of a three-night stay. These two issues meant our three days in San Sebastian were not as pleasant and relaxing as they should have been. Under these circumstances, the cost of our stay certainly did not represent value for money.
