: The location was very good, being near the Old Town, with many bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We took the option of paying for parking in a nearby underground park, which made life very much simpler. Parking in San Sebastian is not easy!
: We would have liked there to have been a washing-up bowl and dish-drainer, and also tea towels. There was a dish-washer, but it would have more eco-friendly to be able to wash by hand sometimes.

: Responsive staff concerning messaging/questions. Overall, the Avenida Residence is in a great location-close to everything. Additionally, its a fully stocked and very clean apartment.
: All of the electronic paperwork to check-in and necessity to collect the keys at alternate site. Water pressure was weak.

: we did not have a way to enter the main gate and door of the building. we only had a key to the apartment we stayed for 8 days - no change of linensno coffeemaker and dryer for clothes

: Excellent bedroom and showers allowing for comfortable stay. Wonderful location only a few minutes from the beach.
: It would be perfect but I only wish for some essentials in kitchen like oil, salt and pepper if possible. The chairs in the living room are somehow designed such that all five of us hit our feet into them at least once while walking by...
