  : It was very central and close to everything.
  : Getting by car was not the easiest, parking was even worse. The pension has a garage for only one car a bit further away from the pension, so if any of the other gests uses it you will have to find another parking spot and it was very expensive or nothing available close by. Using that parking spot costs 18/night. The rooms have just what you need, the beds were a big hard. The shower was nice.

  : The location in the old town of San Sebastin. Close (perhaps too close?) to the bars.
  : It lacks love. The furniture and mattresses are old and run down. The bedding is fine though. The shared bathrooms are ok, but in a seaside city, they need cleaning more often because of the sand.

  : Location was on one of the main streets in the Old Town and not far from the beach. Also helpful friendly lady working and cleaning the facilities. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. House hallway has been recently renovates and looks modern.
  : Since it is on main street, the location is the biggest + and - at the same time. Very poor soundproofing for outside noise, even earplugs didn't save the nights. People will scream, smoke and drink just in front of your window until 2-3am. VERY uncomfortable and worn out bed, mattress and pillows. It seriously needs an upgrade, even if being on the lower cost side. I am a professional host myself as well and manage shared apartments for over 6 years. Since the room has shared bathroom, be ready to have people constantly knocking on the door when you are in, not flushing after themselves when taking nr. 2 etc. There is mold in the bathroom due to poor ventilation and heavy usage. The lady tries to keep it clean, so it is not that bad, but the other guests can make it easily a nightmare. Also - they keep coming from parties in the middle of the night and if you are a light sleeper, you will constantly wake up, cause walls are thin and doors even thinner to the shared corridor. Ok, if you plan to party, want to be in the middle of the nightlife/Old Town and don't care where and how you sleep.

  : Simple and clean. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, quiet in the evenings despite very central location. No A/C but the location is in the cool streets of old town. Clean towels everyday. Good water pressure in shower.
  : Nothing, it was exactly as I expected. Clean and simple.
