  : The space between customers on the beach was ok. Restaurants had good quality food. The beach was well kept every day. Swimming pools were clean
  : 1) It's a super expensive facility and we have found a very bad ratio quality/price (+4'000 euros for 10 days) 2) It's not a hotel room it's a bungalow-like room and nowhere this was clear neither on the Booking site nor on the web-site. 3) SPA was not working and no information was provided neither on the web site upfront reservation nor by email once the booking was accepted. 4) Restaurants were fully booked even a week upfront, meaning we were supposed to book prior coming to the facility, but this was indicated nowhere and we simply had to wait for 5 days before having a table (unacceptable!), being obliged to go the low-mid quality buffet. 5) They also lost our table reservation (twice!) for the restaurant once we got them, to the point that they had to find a table for us last minute, but we didn't get the front beach we asked for and we had to leave early on to leave the table to other customers. 6) Room's furniture was dating from the 90's and not all working, shower was rusty and we had issues with the flush 7) we didn't have the electricity for 3 hours on one day 8) Organization was awful (wrong family name, infinite waiting time, no check for the green pass...): amateurs. 9) No beach towels were provided. 10) Swimming pools are on the other side of the nearby national road. Crazy if you need to walk there with kids 11) As the facility is spread along few kilometers, the restaurants are spread as well, meaning that if you want to walk from the fish restaurant to the meat restaurant you need to count 20 minutes with kids. no comments. Again nowhere this is clear on their website.

  : The beach, the location and the ocean
  : The staff at the breakfast were rude, lacy and disappointing. At 9.45 am there was almost everything out, so no food choice was given. If we asked for bread, vegetables or fruits, the service staff just answerd its over. Even the ordered coffee we never received. As we try to ask, when we will get it, same rude answer of a waiter.

  : lovely location, nice beach and facilities and great staff except for reception who were not multilingual the restaurant staff were better
  : booked a hotel was a cabin !! half board but you can only eat in one buffet style restaurant

  : The location of thehotel, in a big park, hotel rooms are small houses, very nice! And quiet!
  : Communication with the hotel was very poor. Everyday we had to fight back on mistakes (extra charges, etc). We were traveling 3 families together and It was so complicated to get rooms and beach places close to each other ! In addition, no answers to all the emails I ve sent through booking and no one answers the phone at the reception! For a 4 stars hotel, not the service that can be expected!
