: Cleanliness was great. Good car park. Bathroom was excellent and shower therein was excellent.
: Bedroom was too small. Window was small with only a limited amount of opening. Room became too hot and uncomfortable. Bed was atrocious, mattress gave no support at all obviously very old. Bed sheets were polyester and bottom of bed stand poked out . Due to the tight space I continuously stumped my feet. I have come home with some a terrible back ache and sore toes.

: The Bell Lodge is a very good choice when staying in Sandown. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the hosts were extraordinarily considerate and affable; they even drove us back to the ferry terminal. Breakfast was spot-on. This is to be ordered beforehand on a form: tea, bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms and what-have-you were all highly relishable. The guesthouse is conveniently located a stroll away from the beach, pubs and amenities. An excellent establishment.

: The owners were great, welcoming and friendly. Everything you need and parking. There was a lovely residents lounge and garden to use. I am not sure the photos do it justice. Lovely place, highly recommend it.
