  : The bed was large and amaizingly comfortable. The ladies on reception were professional and helpful. Nice pool.
  : Very little choice of food in the evening . The food on offer was very poor and not worth the money. You have a restaurant which you should use for maybe a menu del dia or a buffet. Wifi was terrible, and un useable. I needed it for work and could not access anything. Hotel is poorly furnished. The sofa bed in our room was so uncomfortable. Dirty stains on the carpets in the hall ways which had not been cleaned. Overall, the hotel needs updating to really be awarded 4 stars.

  : The pool and the pool area.
  : After breakfast on the first morning, my wife got food poisoning and threw up in the toilet (immediately after breakfast!). The maid was kind, understanding, and helpful despite us not speaking Spanish and she not understanding English. However, the hotel staff, and especially the kitchen/food staff, were awful. They didn't want to listen to a case of food poisoning in their hotel, and they didn't appreciate me taking some bread and honey upstairs to my recovering wife for the next two days.Also, of the three women that work in reception, only one seems to understand that she is working with people on holiday who in general just want to have a good time, and not want to see a grumpy face at reception every time they have a question.Honestly, I was happy to leave this place.

  : Our room hotel is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. Happy with our stay.
