  : We got sent to a room that was already being occupied and I walked in on a couple possibly performing intercourse but closed the door in shock and could not confirm. We were “lucky” enough to get put in the last and only room available AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS PUT INTO. The new room was on the first floor by the loading dock. Which happens to be a few yards from a venue which had a very obnoxious quinceanera going on until midnight. I have an infant with me who couldn’t sleep due to the noise. No accomodations were offered for either instance and even after explaining our experience during checkout.

  : The staff was pleasant. Although some of it felt less than secure in a part of town that is less than inspiring, there was plenty of parking and the condition of the lot was good.
  : Sirens and trains (with horns blowing) were a constant. The trains would eventually quiet during the core nighttime period but it often felt like Police were doing laps around the property as they would continue to sound close (within a block or two) for a relatively long period of time - probably a full minute or two of one set of them. Literally every piece of cooked breakfast food was, at minimum, overcooked and most was burnt (sometimes to the point of being almost black). The decor was modern in appearance, but the room had multiple maintenance issues. For example, the fridge was both loud (not horribly so, but far above typical) and was challenged to get anything cold - even overnight. The shower had both a head and a wand, which is great, but the wand had no mount - and had to be laid rather precariously on some of the other bath/shower plumbing fixtures. There was one built in counter serving like a nightstand in between the two beds, but nothing on the opposite side of the beds. That means whoever was on that side couldn't set their phone, watch, or whatever else they wanted within reach anywhere. I wound up dragging a chair over to serve the role.The lighting was inadequate.One elevator was out much of the time we were there and the other was slow. There wasn't really any food or a store near enough to venture out on foot given how sketchy the immediate area felt.

  : There we're no parking available for a large parking lot, because of other events was happening right next to this hotel and everyone on that event was park at this hotel. I don't know why the front desk clerk gives you a parking tag for my car to place it on my windshield if others that are none guest can just park there car in there and do nothing about it. Very inconvenient for customers that are check in on this hotel, because I was not the only customer complaining about no parking.
