: the place is beautiful but my kids didnt care for the colors painted inside the house. that seems silly but it adds/detracts from the lively place.

: The location! With awesome view of the boardwalk. The house was clean, the TVs and remote controls worked, and parking was provided.
: - The house was freezing cold, and we couldnt figure out how to turn in the heat. - The coffee was old and really bad. If we knew we would have brought our own coffee.

: Location was great, 2-1/2 blocks to the beach. Parking onsite, with a garage and remote for the garage. Full townhouse with 2 full baths and a kitchen.
: The rules for the property say to load the bedding into the washer before leaving, and to wash dishes, etc. Then they charge you a $222 cleaning fee EVEN AFTER telling you to clean up after yourself. Either charge the fee or we do the cleaning, not both. Would not stay there again, as they also add a 20% service fee on top of the full rental and cleaning fee. For what?
