Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the beach and right beside a square with a children play area and a cafe selling delicious pastries.
  : It was unclear what type of accommodation we were going to, a managed block of apartments or an air bnb. I was contacted on the day to organise an arrival times and the apartment was left unlocked with the keys inside for in time our arrival. There was no information in the apartment, emergency instruction in case of fire, where to dispose of rubbish, where to dry laundry ( there was no drying in the apartment so we asked if we could use the roof to dry our beach towels etc). The bed linen and all the surfaces and floors were spotless but the covers on the foam pads for the seating area were stained and grubby and all the cushions on the bed looked liked the cover could do with a wash too. We stayed in room 402, I can only speak for this room. There were three windows, all frosted - there were no views so I guess this was better than looking at walls. The sleeping area and kitchen were joined, the main window in the sleeping area had curtains but the smaller one in the kitchen didn't. This window was to a central space and every time someone entered the block and switched on the lights for the communal stairs the room lit up - we had to use one of the foam pads from the sitting area to block out the worst of the light. I was happy to see there was a bath but on closer inspection it was not well maintained. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom, our contact came twice to put chemicals down the toilet and sink. After the second visit the bathroom had maybe a dozen or so drain flies so when the smell came back a day later we asked for the chemical not to be used again. We had planned on using the apartment more, maybe eating lunches there to keep down the cost of eating out but in the end we spent as little time there as possible.

  : Location was great, apartment was clean, tidy, and well equipped. Everything met the expectations. Host was friendly and easy to talk too, understanding and made things easy for us. Host also provided us with useful information of the surroundings (e.g. where to find free parking nearby).

  : There was a rat or very big mouse in behind the ac/heater which chewed and scratched at night.

  : No working A/C. Couldnt sleep. Uncomfortable during the day. We reported it a few times and nothing was done to resolve it. I asked for a discount per Booking.com terms and nothing was done.

  : The location and it was clean
  : If we were staying for more than 1 day there was very limited equipment in the kitchen and no kettle. This I would change. Also it was not mentioned on the description that it was 4th floor with no lift. Both my husband and I have incredibly bad backs, this was a bit of an issue. Cushions on the bed need a wash and changeable covers.

  : Very cold no heating only air conditioning but cold with 0 degrees outside
  : Great location but unfortunately room in 4th floor with no escalator only stairs ....electricity kept tripping if you put stove on and microwave together
