  : The rooms and especially our terrace was very nice.
  : To stay there a car is mandatory, too far away from the beach and Cagliari center and not much interesting around and not many taxis available. The B&B was at the top floor of a normal apartment building why we felt a bit like intruders and as the elevator was not working I had to carry my heavy bag up alone. So all in all, I would choose something else the next time.

  : The staff were really lovely and accommodating. I accidentally booked our room for the day after we arrived and they were still able to give us a room
  : It was near enough perfect however it doesnt have a lift so you will have to carry your bags up 8 ish flights of stairs

  : Nice and queit room at the top of the house The room was big and hade a nice bed We recived a code to both of the doors It was very simple
  : I was traveling with a friend No toilet door or other solution to be private in the shower and toilet. Dont like to share private things with my friends Lots of lamps in the toilets was burned / broken so it was very dark The breakfast was closed , but they have fixed breakfast at a nearby caf Problen was , lots of people and que to order So we didnt have any breakfast We checked out 1,5 days before

  : Good location, clean, comfortable bed, good air con, lovely breakfast from pasticceria opposite. Lovely balconies
  : Nothing I didnt like. Mini fridge did not work well, more hanging/ storage space would be helpful and a drying rack on the balcony would be good

  : Nice terrace and code locks (convenient if you have late or really early flight).
  : Its not a hotel, its just B&B in old, poor residential building. We was shoked. No lift to the apartments/rooms, so you need to climb by stairs everyday for few times (~5floors). No hot water two times during few days stay, so be prepeared to contact the lady and have icy shower, because no quick response or sollution was delivered. Rooms looks pretty nice, bet everything falling apart (wc paper holder was damaged, power socket unattached from the wall in the bathroom, entrance door stopped locking from the room side and etc.). No comfort as I was expected from previous good reviews. Inconvenient location or at least you need to have a car, otherwise, a lot of walking experience around boring little town and no taxi around. Just bus and your feets.
