  : Fabulous villa with an immaculate good size pool and incredible views having either been recently built or refurbished to a great standard with nearly all fittings and equipment being new . Perfect location being out in the countryside but just 7-8 minutes drive from Santany with great range of restaurants and supermarkets and only 15 minutes drive from our favourite beach in Mallorca.
  : Although the absence of air conditioning it didn't bother us we realised we could not return with our daughter and grandchildren next summer as it is a pre-requisite for them. Also as 90% of the fittings and equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker etc being brand new and there being a great range of plates, kitchen utensils and glasses, we were surprised at the poor quality of the cutlery and the lack of adequate mugs or cups for tea and coffee etc. Also in clearly brand new bathrooms there were some old rusty fittings such as the toilet roll holders. However despite these minor shortcomings, as a couple we cannot wait to return. With air conditioning and a little further attention to detail Son Bernadi would be a truly awesome villa.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : A spacious modern villa with three large bedrooms. The kitchen is large with modern appliances, and was already stocked with basics such as salt/pepper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets etc. The location is rural and isolated with only animal noise and some building contractors to disturb you. A very nice pool which is deep enough and long enough to swim properly, but not suitable for young children. All communication with the management company was clear and timely.
  : The location is isolated so transport is essential. Santanyi is 10 minutes away by car and has large supermarkets. Slightly unusual and unnerving to have a property with no "instruction manual". We didn't have any major issues, but it would be sensible to provide instruction regarding location of fuse boxes etc; whether the pool pump should be working (it wasn't when we arrived and then switched on halfway through the week); how to operate the cooker etc.
