: Instant communication from the host as soon as I booked. She advised us on how to get to the apartment from the old town on the bus. You take the trolley bus to Dombrinka from near the Latin bridge. We were met at the entrance by two really nice ladies. Extremely clean and modern apartment. There was tea, coffee and apples for us to enjoy. We needed an iron and a scale to weigh our suitcases and both were provided promptly.We had to be at the airport at 4am. The lovely host woke up at 4am and walked us all the way to the airport using a shortcut which literally took us 5 minutes. This was really kind of her and we really appreciated this as it was so dark that we wouldn't have wanted to walk alone. If we ever visit Bosnia, we will most certainly stay at this apartment again.

: Very close to the airport, flexibel for check-in time, we had some flight delay, we should a little bit late check-in, total friendly responded and welcomed. Also very comfortable, next time without research again. I can advise %100.
