  : The hosts are an old couple. The lady made us coffee and offered us apples they planted in the garden. The view is excellent as you can see from the description photo. the facility is very complete, got every thing you need for there. The place can hold 6 people, we only have two so its a bit waste. would be great if we stayed with friend for 2-3 nights.
  : It is a bit hard to find the place. Google map gave us wrong direction. But the view was worth the while.

  : 1. Difficult to find the apartment. 2. The owner control the heater thus make our room or apartment very cold.. 3. The road to reach the apartment very very narrow..has to careful if driving.

  : Apartment Bistrik is on the hill overlooking Sarajevo. its about a 10 min walk to Latin Bridge and the old town. Unlike other posts, we didnt find the location hard to find as the host Ajla gave us very specific directions. we like the garden and the many fruit trees on the premise (it was plum season and fresh of the trees!). Ajlas mom told us we were their first guests from the United States. we can see that the family takes great pride in the house and we are happy to share with fellow Americans if you have a chance to visit Sarajevo do look out for Apartment Bistrik. its spacious, quiet with great view of the city!
  : when we arrived, it was raining, and it was quite muddy from parking lot outside of the garden to the house. everything else was fine for our short stay there

  : Great location on the mountain slope with superb views, short walking distance to old town of Sarajevo. Large terrace for sitting with views, comfortable sofas in living room, in summer swimming pool.
  : In the house are 2 appartements and there is not enough hot water for showering all of them in the evening - it is enough for 2-3 people and the you need to wait couple of hours for another hot water. The bathroom in upper appartement was in poor condition - the water did not flow away and stay on the floor.
