  : The location only. The rest is very bad such as the staff breakfast cleaning house keeping. I tried to contact the general manger Handi but she is refusing to speak with guest. I have bad allergy with dust and I send a request to clean the room very good before I checked in but unfortunately didnt happen. I attached some picture. drainage smell all over the bathroom and the room. I asked the laundry to iron my clothes it takes them two hours to send someone to collect. No one answering the phone in the guest service lots and lots of stuff. What is more the guest just park the car any where and block on others and leave no valet services.

  : Room and bathroom was very dirty and very bad and dirty housekeeping, I was very surprised with charges for room service new policy to add 10 MK for delivering water to the room

  : It was great stay in overall all. The location of the hotel is excpetional, simply in the heart of Sarajevo, you get to feel the life of the city every moment. The reception and the check-in process was great. The hotel facilities in overall are excellent including the room size and furniture, certainly I will come back
  : - The variety of breakfast could be improved, especially if someone staying relatively longer he would feel unsatisfactory.- The level of cleaning service/ room make-up is not meeting 5 star hotels standards elsewhere.- The type of pillows can be better. I hope this would be improved to make it a perfect stay in this beautiful.
