  : The walls of the studio were paper thin. The woman next door had the TV on 24/7 full blast ALL night long. She also was hacking and spitting loudly. I was there from 8pm to 8am and never a moment of peace. I called the number given for management twice and no answer, no voicemail. Be aware that this is not a quiet location. There are also bars near by. Live music played until 10pm, but you could hear the bars to 1pm. I slept about three hours per night. The place was freshly painted and clean, but smelled musty. There was 1 roll of toilet paper, no shampoo and no hair dryer. For $670 for 3 nights in mid-Jan, not high season, I could have done better. If you want to party, this is a great location by the bars and it is an easy walk to the beach...but be ready to pass out drunk with ear plugs to make it work.

  : Very old and outdated. No place to sit outside our room. Beach chairs were in bad condition. To be allotted only 1 role of TP is unreasonable.

  : Quaint 50’s style units. Great location if you don’t want the hullabaloo of the village. Several dining options within walking distance. Met several unit owners during our stay, and they were delightful!

  : . No breakfast. A/C started making massive noise because of the rain - perhaps it got well. it was a wall a/c. Could not sleep. Really ... really disappointed.
  : No breakfast. Location was probably the best thing about this place. I understand it rains a lot in sarasota -- siesta key but the place was completely flooded. i caught a bad cold because every time we went out we had to get our feet wet up to our ankles or more -- never had this situation happened. I asked Bernadette to give us a credit because we left 1 day earlier and she said it was weather related. I have stayed in siesta key in the past and many places in the past. this has never happened to me before. I will be calling and making a formal complaint and do expect some kind of credit from BOOKING since I booked through this 3rd party company. Yet, Bernadette host is the one that charged me. I will never ever stay in this place again. God knows i hate to blast it but i was beyond disappointed. I stayed in a friend's house who had an extra room since i was unable to sleep in this place.
