: The location was great. Close to multiple stores and beaches. Had everything we needed for cooking meals and cleaning up. Great amount of space for our family. Loved the pool and fire pit. The yard was pretty as well. Super cute house.
: Somethings could replaced (furniture) throughout the house. Some things are a little dated. It’d be nice if the hot tub were heated.

: Location is nice. House was clean. Washer and dryer work great. Yard was nice.
: Beware it says “oasis” but what you really get is a cold pool and smaller circle seated pool. By no definition is a spa cold! The book in the house says the pool can be heated for a fee. We immediately contacted the property manager and said we would pay the fee......waited for a response then were told the heater has been broken for a long while. We then ask if someone is coming to fix it waited even longer for a response.......he then said no. Very frustrating because when I booked the house I even put a message with the booking specifically saying we look forward to the heated pool and were never told otherwise, it is advertised as 1 thing but is the opposite. The pool area needed a good cleaning on the concrete out around the pool. The carpet in the master bedroom is absolutely awful and should be removed immediately! There were lamps with broken switches that had to be plugged in and out. The TVs are so complicated to use there is an entire binder with directions. They are all roku and you have to sign in with your personal email just to get to the menu to watch to netflix or anything and on the listing it says “cable channels available”. There was not 1 kitchen dish clothe or towel. Very few towels for showering or the pool. Beds were very firm and didn’t care for the satin comforters on the beds. Master bathroom toilet ran loudly from the first day to the last. It says on listing has an outdoor play area.....never found any such thing. This house needs some major attention from the owners and the listing needs updated to honestly state what you are actually getting and a manager that responds quickly and takes care of issues!
