  : I booked this hotel for the location and the prestige that Westin is suppose to deliver.But you did not!
  : Disappointed in, service to my room, no one spoke English,and didnt bring me what I asked for. Had to call repeated times to get what I needed.,unsecured doors on street level,coffee in room was horrible,manager at roof top event was very rude ,elevators were wet,wasn't given everything we needed upon arrival,ie,pool bracelets, tv on lower floor was promoting spa services from Christmas season, cappuccino were cold when having lunch in the lobby.No priority for guests staying at the hotel for the event on the rooftop. That was one of the main reasons for booking with you. Couldn't reserve a spot to sit at, so we had to rush up there to get a decent seat. On arrival, the manager who was at the door, explicity said to us that there are NO good seats, because we wouldn't be able to see the fireworks anyway. Which was terrible to say. And a lie. The checkout experience was so unprofessional. I had to ask for the receipt, would have liked to view it before my card was charged. Was handed to be with an envelope,not in the envelope.All in all, I was very disappointed,what should have been a luxurious weekend with my sister, was far from what I expected and should have booked my stay at The Ritz next door.

  : Need more hooks in the bathroom! Also, there should be more towels in the room. One set each is not enough.

  : Room service was great, but the dishes were placed on the floor, outside my room, as normal and yet, they (the dirty dishes & uneaten food) were there for two days!
