  : Good location in a quiet street, enough public parking spots, nice owners, comfortable bed, good terrace..
  : Bathroom is really small, sheets were clean but kitchen counters and wardrobe were not. We also found someones sock under the bed.

  : The localization of the Apartment is perfect. Sarti beach and the old town are relatively closed to the apartment. We were on the first floor. The apartment is enough for four people. The owners are so friendly and we got a "welcome gift". :) There are some shops near the apartment e.g. bakery, market etc...
  : There is no shade on the balcony, afternoon we could not sit on it. The kitchen is quite equipped, but some accessories are missing e.g. wine opener, can opener, dishcloth etc.

  : I have first chosen this location for a good money value for our summer holiday. We read different opinions and reviews and we didn't know what to expect. But what we found was very nice. The apartment had 2 rooms separated by a door. Bathroom wasn't so small as it is in photos and had a shower curtain which I found as a plus comparing to other bathrooms I saw in photos on booking in Greece. The fridge was also suitable for us, I first though that would be small for a family with 3 kids. When arrive we found cold water in the fridge which was great after 1 day car journey. The electric cooker (hob) was also ok, suitable for what we needed. As we stayed 9 nights there we received a cleaning with towel changing in the middle of the holiday which was also a plus. We are not pretentious, the room met our needs. We stayed on the beach almost all day long so we didn't spent to much time in the apartment. What was a plus is that the location is very close to the beach, exactly what a family needs. The apartment is also very close to a market with good prices and to a bakery. It's located in the middle of Sarti, also a plus for us. Both old Sarti (in North) and new Sarti (South) are noisy, full of taverns. But just around this location you can find the silence suitable for a holiday. Old Sarti and taverns are only 5 minutes walk. The apartment has also a generous terrace where you can have your meal, dry the clothes, store beach toys, etc. We take in consideration to come back here next summer
  : Wifi is very bad but it's not the owner problem. Internet is very bad in all Greece. I think it's the provider fault. For next year we will try to find some internet cards directly from Greece if they have something like this. Also, how others mentioned, the beds creaks kind loud. Also, would be great if both rooms had air condition as in the bedroom is getting hot in the second part of the day even if the air condition from kitchen is opened. About the beach: we were surprised to find that beach bars in Greece don't have toilets. In Romania almost every beach bar has a toilet. So, for this inconvenient, was very good that the accommodation was close to the beach

  : I will start with the positives but the review outcome is definitely negative. Worst room in decades.+ Kind people. Caring.+ They will offer you some little extras for free if you ask (although they will grin)+ walking distance to nice beach bars/ sea+ close by amenities and to the village centre
  : - The feeling you are staying in a room stuck in the 60s- dirt, rust, mould around (especially in the bathroom)- wifi speed is ridiculously slow. Almost non existent- not baby/kid-friendly (many hazards)- if your hearing is normal you are in trouble. Sneezing, farting and other noises from neighbours are clearly shared- there is a shower sewage smell- they shouting to each other instead of talking to each other- cleanliness could be better- light bulbs missing/ not working- can't stand a 60s set up when I live in present- parking is a struggle. - english not good. Greek native- dirty marks on internal wall paint- plastic chair in the room. All cheap stuff.
