: Hi, well its great to make tea or coffee, of course I appreciate, but I dont understand this italian breakfast. the food type is dry, sweat and zero nutritions. that is dead food for me, so I dont want to pay for something like this. I dont also understand italian way of covers - multiple blankets in bed, one warm simple duvet, which they have in Jysk in Predda Niedda for 20 euro, would make much better service to anybody sleeping there. otherwise great im coming back

: the gentleman who greeted us very kindly. clean room, block position somewhere on the outskirts but good area, we only stayed one night.
: What we didn't like is that other guests who had the room next to us at 7 o'clock in the morning were talking on the phone exaggeratedly loud, practically screaming and this lasted about 20 minutes, after which the whole house started walking from the bedroom talking on the phone, just as loud, normally we had to leave at 10:30 but because of that man because I couldn't sleep anymore I left at 8, not even the little jun that I want to mention was a delicious one, I didn't take it

: This is an apartment in a building with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. There was private parking in the building area. There was a shared kitchen and the washing machine which was a very big plus. The room was very comfortable and clean. It's a 15 min walk from the center. There is a supermarket, 2 min walk from the apartment.
: The stay includes a very simple breakfast: supermarket muffins, croissants, fruit yogurt, coffee and tea. I would suggest adding some healthier options for those who are avoiding processed food. For example: boiled eggs, plain yogurt, some fresh fruit.

: The owner of the property very nice and understandable.The property was clean but some renovation in the bathrooms is needed.No problem with parking and the location is very good.
: - smell from the toilet( pipes). - we were not informed that the 3rd room will be occupied as well and wake up in the morning seeing someone eating from the extra food we bought for our breakfast. Bless them, they thought the food is from the property( because is bed and breakfast). Would be nice to be informed if anyone else is renting other room.
