  : The location was ok. It was relatively close to the thermal baths and to the nearby towns. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice but you have to pay extra for towels as the pool. Beautiful property with beautiful views.
  : Breakfast was not good. Majority of the options were cakes and sweets as well as cold cuts. They didn't even have cheese or boiled eggs! Juice was not fresh and the cappuccino was not good. Worst of all however was the service. It took over an hour and three tries to get 2 cappuccinos. The waitress kept ignoring us and then came to our table 3 times to ask what kind of coffee we wanted. Also, they don't serve lunch which is a big inconvenience because you have to leave the property and drive to one of the nearby towns to find a place to eat. Dinner was great but again, the service was horrible. Took over an hour to get someone's attention to order desert. Both the waitress and the owner kept telling us that they would come back but then they would forget.

  : The swimming pool and the view were fantastic! The location is in the middle of the Tuscany fields which makes it very relaxing.

  : Location, scenery and quietness were all very pleasant. Bathroom was large, clean and good. Swimming pool was great fun for the kids,
  : Quality and quantity of breakfast was not as expected and very limited. Value for money for dinner was very poor. Room was dusty and spider webs at the ceiling.

  : I liked the location , how clean it was , the pool, their wine.
  : Absolutely hated the 2 km of road before getting there ,you can't go more them 10km/h for how bad the road is. I did not like the food. (dinner). We left most of it in the plate and had to search for a pizza place . I have to mention that it was 3 of us and we had 6 diffrent things , so it was not just 1 plate tasting bad or being undercooked ,it was 5 out of 6 plates. I did not like the breakfast (poor). Some croissants ,marmalade and few things. If you go with a diabetic , is better not to have their breakfast. I did not like the service. They are understaffed. I absolutely hated that in that night our neighbours got drunk and after the closing of the restaurant all of them went into the room next to us ,like a teenage school trip. I had screams,laughter,and diffrent banging on the walls till 3 am and nobody did anything about it . People should be reminded by the property staff that the rooms are not a party place. Next day when we presented the problem they said sorry but is nothing they can do aparently.

  : We loved nature, views in the hotel, swimming pool works perfect. Breakfast is sweet and every day the same, no lunch (you need or to drive to supermarket (15 min) or to find near by open restaurant. Staff was nice, but their English was very poor, so they could not help us.
  : Air condition just under the window and very poor, but it was enough. In our room specially we had sewerage problems, nobody checked it Ants we love nature and we know that this is agricultural farm, but we have small baby and we cleaned every morning the floor because of thousands ants. We do not know maybe just we struggled, but it was not beautifull

  : Lovely property, very clean, lovely pool and well kept.
  : Was a bit remote, 20 minute drive to local villages for food if not wanting to eat at property. But lovely breakfast included.

  : No info on facilities - not told of breakfast hours or when the restaurant is closed etc. We don't speak Italian so difficult to communicate when trying to ask the staff any questions. Would suggest an info sheet
