  : The location was very convenient to the lock and shopping.
  : The fact that there had to have been a mouse in the room. Both my husband and myself had seen mouse poop. Upon packing up in the morning we found a bag of ours had been chewed into. I discretely mentioned this to the girl upon checkout as there were people eating in the breakfast nook area. She asked our room number 139 and asked to see the bag. We took her out to show her and she said she would want to talk to her manager but that he may even give us a refund and to check back in before leaving. We came back to get our vehicle at 11:15 am and he had just left she said. She told me that he checked out the room and there was nothing in there, that it must have come in and gone back out. I asked about any portion of a refund and she said he said no. I guess a bad review is worth more than even a partial refund.

  : It was across the street from the soo locks.
  : The toilet in the bathroom was hard to access as it was in a small space. The only table/desk was a very small outdoor wrought iron table and 2 small chairs. No iron or closet. Pillows were lumpy. Bathroom window wouldnt close all the way.

  : Stayed in adorable cottage unit - so convenient - car right outside door! Best mattress ever - first thought it would be too soft but was great! Towels were first quality - soft, absorbent, large! Even soap bar size was better than most! They offer continental breakfast but instead go down a few doors for breakfast crepe!
  : Door between next door unit allowed too much noise to pass from adjoining unit.
