  : Location.Easy to navigate.Cosy, had everything we needed.
  : Shower wasnt the best. There was animal hair all over the throw and 1 bed, so appeared to not be cleaned.

  : There is not a lot to like at this apartment. However we liked that the kitchen was ok to cook in and the living room space was ok size.
  : there were only 4 chairs and apartment sleeps six and it took several messages of complaint from me to get 2 more 3 days into our holiday. The windows dont open more than an inch or so so it was boiling hot and the owner refused to reimburse me when i offered to go and get a couple of fans and leave them there for future guests. This temperature resulted in most of us not being able to sleep comfortably. When we opened the windows the tiny amount they would go the noise from traffic, club revellers and delivery people was awful and we hardly slept.Sands nightclub is more or less underneath and went on until 5am on sunday morning and the loud booming can be heard in all apartment rooms.The shower has no power at all and there was a leak under the kitchen sink.The kitchen blind fell down on the first day and nearly smashed all of the glasses and when they put it back up they did so on the inside of the window so that window could no longer open at all!Neighours are residents and its clear they dont like holidayers and were quite rude banging the walls for silence at 9.25pm! we were only playing a board game!overall for the money we paid this was shocking it would have been cheaper and better to stay in a hotel!

  : Excellent location close to all the local facilities
  : Parking is exceptionally difficult, and its extremely noisy as theres a taxi rank and a nightclub below the bedroom window. Its very difficult to sleep due to the noise. One night there was a fight in the street below the window. My daughter woke and then couldnt get back to sleep. She also learned some new vocabulary the place is ideally situated for the beach and restaurants but that comes with downsides too. On night 2 noticed the window retainer in the back bedroom was hanging off the wall - my little boy was in that room and it was only when we opened the window that we realised he could have fallen 2 stories if hed have leaned out of the window. My husband reattached the retainer whilst we were there. On the whole an excellent stay, wed be unlikely to book the apartment again just because we have young children but it was worth the money we paid and the kids had a great time in Saundersfoot generally.

  : Great central location. The flat was very clean but a bit worn.
  : Too many steps. From the description we thought the flat was on one floor but it was on two floors plus there were three flights of stairs to get to the front door. Shower too small I couldn't get through the door. Broken lock on bathroom. No hairdryer. No clothes drying facilities.

  : The apartment is central, heating worked well and nice new shower. Hosts were kind to leave us some Welsh cakes and responded really quickly to my question.Wifi was good. Public parking with rapid EV charger was a short walk away.Overall, good value for money for the 2 nights we stayed
  : As other reviews have mentioned, the proximity to night club means it's noisy until 4am ish in the front bedroom and there were a few people hanging around the main entrance - not just waiting for taxis at the adjacent taxi rank.The bed and sofa could do with an upgrade

  : location was perfect central and great value for money. rooms are spacious and the property was clean. 1 minute walk to the beach flat with no hills for the older family members.
  : A tad too close to a nightclub if you have young children over a weekend. there is only one bathroom for 6 people and the door didnt lock.
