  : Great balcony view. Clean, plenty of towels and liked the toiletries provided. Even had laundry detergent with powerful washing machine/dryer!Everything was recently updated and nicely decorated.
  : A/C unit seemed a bit small for the unit which means it took a really long time to cool off the place on a hot summer day.Bedding sheets were not very comfortable but it’s a shame because the actual beds were.

  : The property is very charming, comfortable and welcoming! It's also nice that it's not right in the hustle & bustle of some of the more popular sites such as River Street or Market Street, therefore, it offers a more quiet environment and more feasible for parking (though property has 1 parking space available at no additional cost); and nice that it was only a few minutes of a drive to some of the more popular visited sites.
  : The kitchen can benefit from having more things such as bowls, measuring cups, etc., went to do pancakes, but there was none of these types of things; I did work around it by improvising. Would be beneficial to have blinds in the bedrooms as the sun came through the white curtains at crack of dawn, causing one to not be able to sleep a little extra in the morning hours because it was way too bright.Lastly, by no fault of the property, the visitors or neighbors in Unit A arrived at 2:30AM in the morning, They were drunk, extremely loud and banging furniture around for a good 1 1/2 hour. I wasn't able to communicate with someone until 12pm next day (via text) who was going to address them. The walls are extremely thin and you could hear everything from the other unit, even when they arrived...it sounded like they had entered the unit we were renting and scared us half to death. Unfortunately, this caused for a very sleepless night after dealing with the noise for a good 1 1/2 hours. We were fortunate, the 2nd night stay was quiet.
