  : The Lady that provided information about the tours and excursions was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good as well. It seems to be in a good location.
  : Hotel Accommodations were not acceptable. The Front Desk staff were not helpful. I kept having to ask for room service - towels in particular. We were at the facility for 4 nights and never received maid service in our room. We never had our linens changed, nor did we get fresh towels. We had to keep asking over and over finally I found a nice maid in the hallway and got her to get us some clean towels. The elevators did not work correctly, and we had to take the stairs as we did not feel comfortable taking the elevator. It would also take way too long to come down or go up. The stair-well areas were dirty and also felt uncomfortable for ladies to climb up after returning to the room in the evenings. The pool and hot-tub area did not have towels for the most part also. It was very hot and muggy in Savannah so clean towels and linens were very needed. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and was always told that someone would bring us towels...never happened. I told the person when I checked out and all she said while charging my credit card $1052.00 for 4 nights was "Sorry about that." I'm a Marriott Member and have been for many years. This was the worst Hotel that I have ever stayed at. This was a special event that I paid for my grandkids that are graduating from High School to visit beautiful Savannah over the 4th of July weekend. We did have a great time in Savannah and Tybee Island.... but the hotel accommodations were not acceptable or worth the money that we had to pay at Springhill Suites By Marriott at 150 Montgomery Street, in Savannah, Georgia. I sure hope that Marriott upper Management will review this and improve the services at this hotel so that the guest can enjoy their stay at this facility, as I have at other Marriott Hotel over the years.

  : The $40 per night parking fee, not to mention only one elevator was working; took stairs multiple times to avoid long lines waiting for elevator that was overcrowded
