  : Great stay at the Isetta Inn. Warm and comfortable room, friendly and welcoming host who really made us feel at home, and great kitchen facilities. Good location near a coffee shop and restaurant, and a short walk to Forsyth Park and the Downtown area. Thoroughly recommend

  : It really is a beautiful place. Clean, cute. Very well thought out designs.
  : The road noise and the no AC in the room we were in made it oppressive and we couldn't really enjoy the private balcony we paid for because of the road noise and the noisy party going on next door. The road noise is just so loud and pretty much constant all night on the weekends. Most of these things aren't the fault of the staff, but I think it's good to know what you will be in for if you stay. If you get a room without AC and it's in the 80's I hope you are comfortable sleeping in that type of heat/humidity. My party and I were not able to be relaxed, comfortable or rested in that environment, so unfortunately we left early so we could actually get some rest and relaxation.

  : Jackie the manager was exceptionally accommodating. Her staff was also helpful . The hotel is in a great location. We would go back
  : I know it was a busy weekend and they were trying to keep things clean but they needed more help. Maintenance and housekeeping were working hard also.the need more help

  : Location is excellent, we've stayed in this area of Savannah before and love the walk to the main park and street. Having the private spa bath in the room was a big plus
  : Firstly, the staff member who checked us in, complained that booking.com had given us the wrong price (too cheap), and she made us feel as though we'd done the wrong thing by booking through booking.com even though it was booking.com who 'may' have incorrectly charged us. Why bother being on booking.com if your hotel is not getting the right price (the host would have to input that data)? I then had to make sure we got the advertised price not the increased price, which seemed to further put the staff member off. Secondly, the room - The bed needs to be replaced. There is a private balcony door that doesn't lock. There's a communal balcony with another door that has a stained glass window which is not covered so the sunshine beams in for a very early morning wake up call. There is a rug in the bathroom which is a biohazard, it smells terrible because I don't think it ever gets washed...we had to air out the room in order to not smell it each night.
