  : Good location, comfy bed and sofas, pretty clean apart from dubious brown smears on hall walls and door lintels. On-site parking.
  : The design of the place is so odd and I dont think the owners have spent a night there themselves to see how it works (or doesnt) for those experiencing it. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom or bedroom so everything had to go in kitchen or lounge. Crazy that the bedroom window does not nor cannot ever open (theres no opening - why not in a bedroom) and the only window in bathroom is those weird indoor windows into the bedroom so you disturb your partner if you go to the loo in the night. Building site downstairs which we were only messaged about a few days before arrival though there was no noise from it so wasnt an issue just an eyesore. I recommend reversing into the drive so its not so hairy when heading back out onto the street if vans are parked nearby to hinder sight lines.

  : The location was perfect for what we needed as it was a 5 min drive from my friends wedding reception. The bed is comfy and the shower was great. We didnt spend very long in the property due to being busy with the wedding, but I think it would be a good base if you wanted a long weekend exploring Suffolk.
  : When we first arrived the towels were still used in the shower and the bed had been stripped. I text the number that had given us the code for the key box and Sadie called me within 5 mins and was very apologetic. The owners had stayed and said they would sort this but they hadnt. Luckily our plans had changed and we werent staying there that night anymore, but Sadie did offer to drive fresh bedding / towels over asap which was appreciated. The place itself is very warm! Wed read about the bedroom window not being able to open on other reviews and packed our fan with us and were so glad we did! Although there is a very small fan in the bedroom and a larger one in the lounge to help with cooling!
