  : Staff was friendly. Location was good off the highway. Plenty of hotel carts.
  : Arrived at Breakfast at 9 am. No other breakfast sausage was put out. Husband got the last one and it was cold and grissley. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 and there wasn't much of a refresh of items. The curtains were not properly placed and were falling from their clips. Lots of light was let in because of this negligence. The body wash pump installed in the shower had a broken pump. So you couldn't use the soap to shower. There was significant water damage around the shower. The rooms upon arrival were a little stuffy but cooled quickly. I was taken aback that we hadn't checked in and the front desk person wanted to put a credit card on file before we arrived and to give it to her over the phone. I've stayed in many hotels and that has not been the case to have a card given over the phone prior to check-in for incidentals. Key card access from the pool did not work. You had to have someone open the door for you or walk around to the front of the hotel. The price of this hotel was not reflective of the value we received.
