  : We had a suite on the third floor with separate bedroom. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable.
  : The furniture in the room was not very comfortable. We would have liked to have had a water kettle to make tea, but otherwise the room was nice. It was large and the very quiet at night.

  : Location, staff, cleaning and the size of the room. Per friendly.
  : In general it is good, but in my opinion, it isn't worth the daily price. Even if you are with a small dog, they charge EUR 15 per night.

  : On the plus side, the front desk was friendly, and we arrived slightly before check-in and they were happy to accommodate us. That was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean.
  : On the negative side, start with no air conditioning!!!Ive stayed in many top hotels in my 30 plus years of international travel. So I have a pretty good frame of reference. Our room 301 did not meet that standard. It had low shag carpet with some stains (!), the bathroom was handicapped accessible without a toilet lid or storage space in the bathroom and the shower had a folding seat and low grab bars, etc ( but I fortunately dont require or desire that so it wasnt comfortable for us). There was no hair shampoo except for a half filled bottle of white lotion in a pump bottle designated as hand soap perched on the shower shelf. What is that? The towels could be updated ( far from luxury!), and, to add further punctuation to my annoyance, the two wine glasses provided in the room didnt even match and looked like leftovers, at best. See photo. This hotel is supposed to be a wine hotel with a Michelin restaurant! My expectations were crashed. The gratis bottle of water ( one per night as instructed by the accompanying note ) had clearly already been open and recapped. A prior guest? The hotel may reply that, to be rectified, I should have brought these things to their attention,- however I am not their quality control department. I did however pay $419 for a two night stay in a deluxe double room. Anyhow, I went and bought my own hair shampoo after requesting at front desk and getting more shower gel instead, and we didnt drink their free bottle of water. Of particular note there was no a/c, which for the nightly price, was very surprising.More importantly, the bathroom felt like it should have been in a hospital- far from the standard and ambience my husband and I were expecting for a two night stay.
