  : DO NOT TRUST THIS LISTING!!! They said they are not affiliated with booking, didn’t have our reservations, and at we had to look for another hotel at 11pm cause we had nowhere to stay!

  : the room flooded so we were turned away on our arrival. and we were never able to get a refund.
  : the front desk person was friendly. but when I called a few days later for a refund they were unlabeled to help me

  : I didn’t like anything because I was charged for my reservation and they had no reservation for me. Meaning no room for us to stay in. I had to go elsewhere.
  : I was never informed that I no longer had a reservation with this hotel.

  : When I arrived at hotel I was told my confirmed reservation wasn’t valid because the hotel was sold weeks ago and they no longer accept nightly reservations. They blamed Booking.com for not removing the site from the website. I’m not sure who is to blame but it created a big hassle and additional expenses to find another hotel last minute.

  : There was no breakfast available
  : When we arrived around 4 pm the office was closed. When employee showed up, we were informed that this is an “extended stay” facility but if they have a room available we could stay and they would honor the price. But we would have to make our own beds. The first room we tried we couldn’t get in to, the second room was open, but they were cleaning what appeared to be blood off of the balcony / walk way in front of our room. The odor of urine as we walked to our room up the stairs and down the balcony was overwhelming. We were also informed that we could cancel our room but would still be charged so we felt forced to stay or lose $111.00. We couldn’t use the pool because they were going to clean it that night so closing early but the pool looked just as cloudy and dirty in the morning as it did that night. Maybe a blessing?!

  : Room 2nd floor was oldfashioned, had kichen, but neither plates nor Pots. Computer to the first floor Roman, where we stand in during previous yearrs this room was just inakzeptabel.
