  : My instructions were to call a phone number. The lady, Audrey, who answered the phone told me my reservation was for November 7th. I received a confirmation email that my reservation was for November 6th with checkout on November 7th. She did, however, provide a key to a room. I had to text her a couple more times to ask where to park, and then to ask which door to access the room. Then again to ask if there was wifi and password. None of this information was provided when I made my reservation. Very poor service. This is one of those establishments that does not have anyone on-site. Had I known that, I would not have stayed here.
  : The bedding was a very thin cloth. Fortunately, I had carried blankets in my car. The fan blew noisily all night and there was no way to turn it off. There was no ice bucket. Room was overpriced.

  : There was no breakfast. Location was the only positive.
  : The sink and shower did not drain and were clogged. There was a drug deal outside our room where there were two bodyguards protecting the room. The chairs at the pool were in poor condition. My family did not feel safe.
