  : A party was going on the night we arrived and they had a very loud DJ. The front desk said they were only playing until 11 or midnight. However, I have two very young children. So playing only until 11 or midnight didn’t matter. My kids go to bed at eight. On top of that they put us right next to the pool which they had open until 10 o’clock, and I think part of the party was in the pool because it was very loud. Sadly, they had one employee managing the entire night. She kept getting bombarded with phone calls from angry customers. My husband ended up going to the front desk because they said we could have a crib and there was not one in our room. He went to the front desk, she said they didn’t have any cribs and offered him a cot. He accepted, but we never received it. Also, I think it was around 9 o’clock at night. The fire alarm went off and it was extremely loud in the bedroom. Never offered a discounted rate for such a horrible night. Offered us free breakfast, but we already had plans to go somewhere else for breakfast.

  : Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was perfect. Staff was accommodating and kind. Pool area was well kept and spacious. Main lobby and secondary lobby were huge and usable.
  : Coffee was meh. Couldn't drink it. Lights outside our "interior" room were SO bright, if you toss/turn at night you think it's 9AM. The door right by our room was an exterior door, so it would slam shut throughout the night.
