  : Clerk was somewhat rude but he said he only sleeps 6 hours a day because of lack of staff.

  : DO NOT BOOK HERE! The owner is a Palestinian and is very rude and disrespectful no phone etiquette whatsoever. He was putting ppl out for vaping with no refund when he didn’t have that in the paperwork upon booking. I tried to take a shower ran the water it was brown. Pictures on the wall in the rooms been on the wall so long there’s mold on them no ice vending on the 3rd floor gotta go all the way to the first floor. He also makes you pay for each person in the room and if he thinks you’re hiding someone or the number of ppl don’t match he puts you out. No refund. A guy had just paid 5-600$ and he put him out because he said he was hiding kids. You can’t even bring your own cleaning supplies in there to clean the bathroom. I was so uncomfortable. Most of the ppl was there had no power and she told them I don’t care if you don’t have no power. Just no empathy for ppl.

  : Rude hotel owner. Scammed us during hurricane Beryl, charged us $250 for lighting a candle, called cops cause he thought someone was smoking(which wasn’t true) roaches came out of the microwave, power went out. Pool is dirty and closed. No breakfast & he did not provide refund. Instead asked cops to have us leave. Me & my partner after getting paid.

  : They didn't contact me to let me know the Hotel was Closed when I arrived it was late I didn't have another place to go. So I think is very unethical to offer a service they can't provide.

  : I really like the location and the size of the rooms
  : have been going to this hotel for many many years over 10 they have new owners now one of the managers is not very nice the male he wanted to argue with me about me not wanting to stay in a room that he had put us in we only went in and checked out the bed because I have a fracture in my back and so I have to be on a certain type of a bed and I've noticed over the years the beds are getting worse so I asked to make sure that we are in a decent room where I would not have any issues like this and the room that they gave us it first the bed sagged in the middle so I knew that was not going to be a good I needed a bed that was a little bit more firm but also soft not one that we would roll to the middle part of the bed and he told me if we used anything in that room he would not change us we were going to be there for 3 days and I was not okay with that because I had expressed this before I ever even checked in I had told them up front when I booked to the room that I needed to make sure that the bed was not going to affect me and he was very rude and he says oh well well you can't always make all guests happy and he also was like giving my husband like these mean looks while we were in the elevator and I told him that he needed to change his attitude because it was not cool at all

  : Stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times in the past. The bed was uncomfortable and room smelled like dog piss the door was scratched up by a dog. Reception was unfriendly.
