  : The room was nice, beds comfortable and all the amenities we needed. They had a great breakfast with a big selection and waffles.
  : We reserved rooms next to my parents since I have a 10 month old baby and needed help with him. When I called 5 months before our stay the staff said we could get rooms next to each other. Then when we got there to check in they put my parents on the 2nd floor and we were on the 4th floor. They said a manager moved the rooms and there was nothing they could do. We only booked a room here based on being to all be together with a room next to theirs. Needless to say i didnt get much rest or help with the baby because i didnt want my mom to have to walk up 2 floors late at night to help out. Im disappointed the staff lied and did a bait and switch on us. Obviously your "note" system is not working or your purposely moved them and didn't care but should have called me and I could have made a choice to stay somewhere else. It was not a vacation for me.

  : the staff was very friend and tried to solve the issues accured.
  : 1. refridger was not working, in order to work, the whole table was moved forward so it blocked the walking way. I had 3 kids which was not safe for them to work by. 2. outlet plugs, half of them were not working well.3. the TV in the living was not aligned to the sofa, was to the right side where there was hard to watch.

  : I liked the decor of the hotel a lot. Our biggest takeaway was the friendly staff. They were really accommodating and friendly. The location to the main strip and to the beach is excellent. In general, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Everyone loved the free cookies at the entrance as well. We had a staff member go out of her way, she was off duty, to turn on the fire at the outdoor table.
  : I can't really complain about anything. Perhaps a little coffee shop in the hotel serving higher quality coffee and some nice sandwiches would be nice.
