  : The location was good. The staff (Mason) was very nice and was trying their best to accommodate our needs despite the shortcomings of the property.
  : There was no hot water and the wifi was barely working.

  : Location was exceptional! The apartment is extremely old and even the windows were hard to open but you don't go on vacation to stay inside of the apartment anyway, so it worked out for us because was cheaper compared to regular hotels for 2 rooms. If it was the same price or more expensive than regular hotels, I would say to stay in somewhere else, but it was worth $ for our group.
  : Communication with the host was a little difficult. He lives in the same apartment complex and needs to handle the key in person to you so you need to schedule an arrival time.He didn't check the apartment ahead of time and it was missing toilet paper. He said that he would come back ASAP with it but only dropped it off late at night at the door, by this time I already had bought my own toilet paper roll because I needed to pee and couldn't wait any longer for him to come back. Be aware that there is only street parking and you need to pay. Is not expensive but be careful with parking tickets.

  : The location was very good (easy walk to the space needle, Pike's Place Market, etc.), especially for the rate. The unit was old, but clean, and plenty of linens were provided.The host responded in a timely manner when we were ready to check in or had questions.There is no parking available with the unit (as listed), but this was not as big an issue as we thought it might be. There is plenty of street parking and you can more or less park for up to 4 hours at a time between 8 am and 8 pm and the rates are very low. We did not end up needing to rent a long-term parking space even though we stayed for 9 nights.
  : The listing indicates there's a full kitchen. I expected that to include a microwave but there was not one. This made reheating/preparing food time-consuming and messier (in terms of pots/dishes to clean). There is no dishwasher.All of the radiators are very loud and in one of the two bedrooms, could not be turned down. We had it on the "off" setting, but it remained very warm in that room.Our stay was for 9 nights. There were enough coffee filters and toilet paper for 1 day and there was no hand soap. You will need to bring your own.

  : The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to do!
  : Once we got there we had to wait 4 1/2 hours in the cold and rain to get the key to get in the room. We ended up having to book another hotel room somewhere else that cost us a extra $200 just to stay there for just 4 hours. After contacting the +16153587060 number through "Text Only" and going back in forth with them for the first 2 hours no one even responded, we finally got through to Booking.com customer service and spoke with someone there, who provided us with more help and offered a full refund or to pay for us to stay elsewhere and then we finally got communication from our host that our room was ready and that keys are there. He agreed to give us a refund on our first night because we never ever even got to to stay there that night and as of today I still have no refund on my account nor any communication from our host about it. This was 12/04/21 and it's 12/13/21 and our Host hasn't even communicated anything nor didn't even say thank you for the staying or anything. I text him to let him know that we were leaving and where we left the keys etc and no response. And on top of that I forgot the first apartment we had which is 650sq ft not 500sq ft as it's listed, didn't have internet included so we had to move to another apartment downstairs. Let's keep in mind that's, 3 different rooms in less than 24 hours. The apartments themselves are nice Seattle style apartments in a secure building which was great! The location was fantastic but there were definitely some hiccups with the room/apartment situation, which cost us time and extra money we had to spend and yet still no refund on the first night.
