  : We loved the room which was a generous size. The restaurant Lola attached was very good.The front desk staff very great and the valets were exceptional. They asked if we would like a kettle to make tea delivered to our room which we gratefully accepted and was very much appreciated.
  : The wifi was intermittent in the room and finally stopped working on the last day/night. The parking is very expensive. They wouldn't credit me with Accor points for this stay because I booked through Booking.com.

  : the room and bathroom were excellent, the furniture was modern
  : we were really looking forward to the andra hotel. we had previously stayed at the sheraton grand. but we were disappointed, or rather the price/performance ratio is far from being right.the air conditioning cools, but apart from the temperature you can't adjust anything. the fan turns so loudly that you can't sleep. the doors to the rooms close automatically and are pulled shut far too tightly, which means that every time someone leaves the room next to you or in the corridor on the floor, there is a huge bang, probably 20 times in the evening.the windows are actually the worst thing. they don't seal properly, you can hear every noise from outside, regardless of whether you have your room on the 10th floor (like us) or further down. it is also bad that there is a huge plant with fans below us and it makes a hell of a noise. have you ever thought about how much energy you could save if you had sealed windows? no heat would go out and no cold would come in. And because of the leaky windows and the huge ventilation systems from the very bottom (restaurant lola?) it stank of bacon all the time from 9 o'clock, like breakfast. An untenable situation in a hotel of this price rangewe stayed there for three nights and slept very badly three times. we thought we could get some rest before travelling home to europe...but unfortunately it didn't work out that way.the staff were helpful but i missed the american friendliness.
