  : We were there on a weekday. It was quite , not many people. The hotel was clean and quiet. They had a nice gym which was next to indoor pool. We also were able to walk from airport to hotel which was nice. Used their shuttle the following morning to bring us back to airport. No issues with the shuttle. All worked out well.
  : The staff checking in and checking out wasn’t the nicest. I had read this in the reviews when I booked the hotel 6 months prior. So my expectations weren’t very high . They weren’t rude , but they weren’t friendly nor helpful. Maybe the hotel is under staffed , I don’t know .

  : Extra down duvet on beds would be good for hotel to add to rooms or soft light blankets in closets??

  : The location was perfect! I liked that our room had microwave and fridge. The room was very spacious and clean.
  : The check-in was a little bit challenging as we paid through booking.com a while back and they could not locate our reservations.We order room service and it took awhile. When we got the food it was cold. The bed was too low for me. Otherwise, all went well.

  : Location was conveniently located by the airport yet remained relatively quiet.
  : Every staff member we interacted with was rude or dismissive. They were having issues with their credit card reader and none of the cards were getting approved. The staff member (Michael) was rude. I needed to prompt him to try additional cards when he held it up and looked at me and told me "it didn't work". He didn't offer additional options and assumed the issue was w/ me. His facial expression was one of irritation at having to deal with me. After attempting a few cards, I suggested something might be wrong w/ their system. He yelled over his shoulder at a co-worker to ask about it and the coworker confirmed their system was down. He looked at me and said "You knew you weren't broke huh?" he never apologized and just gestured to have a seat and said we'd need to wait to check in until the system was back up. He proceeded to check others in w/o calling me back up to assist me. When I asked if the system was back up, he said yes (with exasperation" and told me to wait in the front of the line and he'd help me next. Once in my room, I attempted to reach the front desk because the wifi wasn't working. I was told I'd get a call back to resolve, but that didn't happen. Later I tried to get a receipt from the front desk to submit my expenses and was told I'd receive it. Then (Jesse?) told they would send to Booking.com but if I didn't get it to call back and they'd email me. When I didn't get it, I called back and another person (no name provided) told me they would send it w/in a 1/2 hour. 2 hours later I called back and was told they can't give it to me directly that I need to go through Booking.com to get it from them. When I explained my past few conversations to the lady on the phone, she told me that's the way it's done, but that if I couldn't get it from Booking.com I should call back and tell her.
