: The location is good. It’s 12 minutes drive from University of Washington. The house is super great than I expected. The facilities are all there I need, the electric stove, the microwave, the coffee machine, utensils etc.
: There is a little ordor in the room, the cause may be the new decoration. But if you open the window for a little bit, the smell will disappear.

: The actual location of the guest house in regards to distance to the rest of the city was amazing; everything was >30 minutes or less away.
: the property was close to a sketchy area (like aurora ave) but we never felt like we weren’t safe or anything, there are a lot of amenities nearby and the guest house is near a lot of stores and necessities which was nice.

: It was private and quiet. It was clean. It was conveniently located. Good for single traveler or maybe a senior citizen.
: Ants all over the place. We had to kill several throughout our stay and dead ones were laying around everywhere. They even have terro traps in the bathroom, so they are aware of the problem. You couldn't close the windows because there is no AC and the temperature wouldn't go below 82 in the unit on hot summer nights, making us unable to sleep. A dog would bark at you every time you walk in and out, so you feel like you have to sneak in and out. I love dogs, but would rather have had a hotel where I can come and go as I please. The no shoe policy is ridiculous. The bed is not suitable for couples and sounds like it is going to bust. The shower is cheap junk and makes loud squeeks every time you move your foot. Bathroom window looks into neighbors window.

: The home was quaint and nestled in the backyard of the host's home. It was just the right amount of privacy. The interior of the home was very nice and I loved warmth of the space and the unique tile choices. It was a great location, easily accessible to the freeway to get to downtown Seattle. Would definitely stay here again!!
