  : Clean, well located in a lively neighborhood but still in a somewhat quiet street, close to downtown Seattle, Good wi-fi.
  : They took 100% of the payment up front, which I found strange and inconvenient. Before you can check-in you need to register online and identify yourself by uploading a passport or other id. I think that is unacceptable from a privacy standpoint these days. There are better ways to id/verify a person that don't require sharing so much private data. Two days after I registered I also got a message that there was a phishing attempt on my account, so not very reassuring. There's no staff whatsoever. No elevator either so I had to carry a large suitcase up for six storeys. The stay itself was fine. I stayed for 8 days but there was no refill of coffee/tea after a few days. No in-between cleaning. You don't get clean towels. The tv had no cable/signal, only streaming like Netflix, but there was no account from the hotel and I couldn't log-in on my own, so the tv was pretty much useless. The room was clean and quiet, but if I'm honest also very small. It had a smelly fridge. No basic amenities like (non-paper) cups, glasses, cutlery, etc. It was okay. But tbh expensive for what you get.

  : No central AC, no AC throughout the building/common areas except the private guest rooms, a number of maintenance issues.

  : It was clean and modern and the location was great for my purposes.
  : The sink and shower were right next to the bed! The shower drained all over. The lights were clearly designed by a man, because they were horrible for putting on makeup. It felt as though they squeezed in as many rooms as possible to the property for maximum profit with little thought for comfort or convenience. There was not even a chair in the room. Only one of the three window shades opened. The “convenience” of no staff and electronic check in also means there is no staff to address the issues with the room. It just feels like a money grab by cutting services and amenities and squeezing in as many bodies as possible. I will NEVER stay with this company again, ever.
